The matcha you grind and roast yourself will taste even better than usual.
01 Hojicha Making
30 minutes -
This workshop will provide an opportunity for everyone to enjoy the experience of turning sencha into hojicha using a ceramic plate.
We will also give a lecture on how to make a delicious cup of hojicha (with snacks).
You can take home the tea leaves to enjoy at home.

03 Making Matcha with a Stone Mill

In the past, people used to grind only the necessary amount of matcha themselves on a millstone to preserve the fresh taste of the tea before drinking it.
We have inherited the spirit of our ancestors and grind the raw material for matcha on a millstone, and serve it on the spot.
