We offer a limited time menu until September 30, 2023 to enjoy the hot summer in Kyoto in a cool and refreshing way. In addition to the popular annual tiramisu shaved ices, we also offer the standard Uji Matcha soft-serve latte float and the popular Japanese black tea soft-serve latte float.
Tiramisu Shaved Ice
The new sensation shaved ices are popular every year, and offer a delightful change of taste with the combination of each tea and fruit, as well as the mellow cream. Ice cream and mascarpone cream are nestled in the ice, and syrup is poured over the ice to be reminiscent of tiramisu. Please enjoy the crunchy, fluffy, and creamy textures of FUKUCHA's special shaved ices.
Hojicha Tiramisu Shaved Ice (on the left side of the picture)
Banana puree, Hojicha ice cream, and mascarpone cream are nestled in the ice and topped with shiratama (Japanese rice-flour dumplings) and white bean paste monaka(beans-jam-filled wafers). You can enjoy it with special Hojicha syrup as you like.
Matcha Tiramisu Shaved Ice (pictured center)
Raspberry puree, Matcha ice cream, and mascarpone cream are nestled in the ice and topped with shiratama (Japanese rice-flour dumplings) and white bean paste monaka(beans-jam-filled wafers). You can enjoy it with special Matcha syrup as you like.
Wakocha Tiramisu Shaved Ice (on the right side of the picture)
White peach puree, Wakocha（Japanese black tea）ice cream, and mascarpone cream are nestled in the ice and topped with shiratama (Japanese rice-flour dumplings) and white bean paste monaka(beans-jam-filled wafers). You can enjoy it with special Japanese black tea syrup as you like.
